The first State of the Union Summit convened during UNGA week 2025 at the historic Fraunces Tavern, site of General George Washington's farewell address to his troops after winning the American Revolutionary War.
The Summit brought together former policy-makers and leading scholars to discuss the economic, financial, political, technological, and social issues the United States is dealing with.
Now an annual event, the SOTU Summit continues to bring together former prime ministers, historians, economists, & cybersecurity specialists, among others.
It aims to facilitate dialogue among experts from different backgrounds spanning a multitude of disciplines in order to produce tangible solutions to the complex challenges the country is facing.
