Profile
Aiden Singh (derived from the Sanskrit siṃha, meaning “lion”) is the founder of the the Expert Insights Group (EIG) which hosts the State of the Union Summit and publishes the Social Science Encyclopedia. He is also a real estate investor, global equities trader, writer, and interviewer. His work unites economics, finance, philosophy, politics, and history to produce real-world market insights.
Expert Insights Group
Aiden is the founder of the Expert Insights Group, an organization that brings the expertise of policy-makers and global thought-leaders to the world.
It does so by:
1. representing prime ministers, Nobel laureates, sovereign wealth fund managers, central bankers, and renowned professors for speaking, advisory, consulting, and expert witness engagements & as a book agent,
2. producing the Social Science Encyclopedia, which brings timely expertise to a wide audience by publishing op-eds by and interviews with leading intellectuals,
3. assisting private sector companies, governments, and universities in finding and recruiting PhDs/academics/ and advanced degree holders.
4. convening forums such as the State of the Union Summit which bring together policy-makers and academics to develop solutions to the challenges the world is facing, and
5. producing public events with leading thinkers.
Financial Markets
In may 2024, Aiden began publishing a series of articles calling a stock market bubble centered on artificial intelligence related equities.
Bringing to bear his expertise on financial markets, history, and artificial intelligence, the articles argued that, reminiscent of the late 1990s dot-com bubble, investors had become overly enthusiastic about the companied connected to a newly emergent technology: generative AI.
Prediction Markets
Aiden was a prediction market trader and has written about exploitable inefficiencies in the prediction markets surrounding the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
Interviews Published
Aiden has conducted and published dozens of in-depth interviews with leading figures including Nobel prize winning economists, prime ministers, psychologists, central bankers, policy advisors to heads of state, law professors, museum curators, business school professors, philosophers, political scientists, members of parliament, Congresspersons, mayors, and historians.
Publications and Research
He is the author of over 70 articles explaining key concepts in philosophy, economics, finance, politics, law, and history. These writings for the Social Science Encyclopedia span concepts as diverse as behavioral economics, American constitutional law, the operation of various exchange rate regimes around the world, economic methodology, the early history of the United States, and the functioning of prediction markets.
Aiden brings this multidisciplinary knowledge to bear when calling speculative bubbles in financial markets, interviewing prominent figures from a multitude of backgrounds, hosting events such as the State of the Union Summit which bring together policy-makers, economists, and historians, & founding the Expert Insights Group which is tasked with representing thinkers with various areas of expertise.
